Job/Group Overview：
IT Infrastructure Department is our company's information systems division responsible for planning, implementing and operating IT infrastructure.
IT Infrastructure Department provides the following services:
● Provide users with digital workspaces including desktop, mobile, Office products, voice and video communication tools
● Provide network infrastructure for data centers and branches/headquarters
● Provide application operating environments for business application departments
● Manage data center operations
● Implement and operate security measures
● Provide market data services
You will be responsible for IT infrastructure with a scale of tens of millions to billions of projects supporting an organization with 15,000 employees and approximately 130 sales offices. In addition, you will be able to take the lead in formulating a medium- to long-term roadmap, examining architecture, and seeing all the way from implementation to operation.

● データセンタ、営業店/本社拠点におけるネットワーク基盤の提供
● 業務アプリケーション担当部門へのアプリケーション稼働環境の提供
● データセンタの運営管理
● セキュリティ対策の実装、運営
● マーケットデータサービスの提供 等
従業員数15,000名、約130営業拠点という組織を支える、数千万〜数十億という案件規模感のITインフラストラクチャーを担当頂きます。また主導的な立場で、中長期的なロードマップの策定やアーキテクチャの検討、導入〜運用まで一貫してみることができます。 |

Responsibilities：
As a member of the mobile team, you will be responsible for project planning/promotion and device management. In particular, you will be responsible for project promotion * with global departments.
*Project promotion for iOS devices such as iPhone/iPad and their management system (MDM)
You will be responsible for the following roles:
● Understand requirements in collaboration with internal business departments and related parties, and plan/project
● Create documents such as requirement definitions and project plans, and build consensus with related parties
● Work closely with and report on related parties as a project manager. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, problems, etc.
● Collaborate with the global team, promote projects
● Collaborate with the IT support team, such as the help desk, and end users, and respond to inquiries
● Formulate medium- to long-term roadmaps and architectures for IT infrastructure
● Formulate budgets for IT infrastructure, etc.
Examples of projects include:
● Global MDM integration
● Group-wide mobile environment integration
● Company-wide mobile device (iPhone) renewal (from 10,000 units)
● Company-wide mobile contract review/RFP implementation
＜Background＞
Our company is implementing several large-scale system investment projects due to the growing need for mobile device expansion. our team is in charge of mobile devices, and is responsible for leading the aforementioned investment projects. This time, we are recruiting a person to handle the increase in these projects.
モバイルチームのメンバとして、プロジェクトの企画/推進とデバイス管理を担当いただきます。とりわけ、グローバル部門とのプロジェクト推進※が主な役割になります。
※iPhone/iPadなどのiOSデバイスおよびその管理システム（MDM）にかかるプロジェクト推進
担当者には次のような役割が求められます。
● 社内ビジネス部門や関係者と連携して要件を把握し、企画/案件化
● 要件定義書/プロジェクト計画書等のドキュメント作成、関係者との合意形成
● プロジェクトマネージャとして、関係者との密な連携/報告。スコープ、スケジュール、予算、リスク、問題等を管理
● グローバルチームとの連携、プロジェクト推進
● ヘルプデスク等ITサポートチームおよびエンドユーザとの連携、問合せへの対応
● ITインフラストラクチャーに関する中長期ロードマップ、アーキテクチャの策定
● ITインフラストラクチャーに関する予算策定 など
案件の例は以下の通りです。
● グローバルでのMDM統合
● グループワイドでのモバイル環境統合
● 全社でのモバイルデバイス（iPhone）更改（10,000台〜）
● モバイル通信契約の全社見直し/RFP実施

| ＜Mandatory＞ |
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows PC, Windows OS, networking, authentication, MDM, and iOS
- Communication skills to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including business as well as IT departments
- 3 + years of project management experience in one of the information systems departments of an SIer, IT consultant, or user company
- Japanese: Fluent (level of ability to speak and exchange sentences in business without difficulty)
- English: Fluent (level of ability to speak and exchange sentences in business without difficulty)
- Windows PC、Windows OS、ネットワーク、認証、MDM、iOSなどITインフラストラクチャーに関する基本的知識
- IT部門だけでなく、ビジネス部門を含む社内外の様々な関係者との調整ができるコミュニケーション力
- SIer/ITコンサル/ユーザ企業の情報システム部門いずれかにおける3年以上のプロジェクトマネージメント経験
- 日本語：Fluent（ビジネス上での会話や文章のやり取りが支障なく行えるレベル）
- 英語：Fluent（ビジネス上での会話や文章のやり取りが支障なく行えるレベル）

- Experience in IT project planning, project formulation, and promotion in a leading position (project size: 100 million yen or more)
- Technical knowledge at the level of the Advanced Information Processing Technician Examination or Information Processing Safety Assurance Assistant Examination
- Experience in designing, installing, or operating a mobile device management system (MDM)
- Documentation and collaboration skills for senior management (including executives)
