Job/Group Overview：
IT Infrastructure Department is our company's information systems division responsible for planning, implementing and operating IT infrastructure.
IT Infrastructure Department provides the following services:
・Provide users with digital workspaces including desktop, mobile, Office products, voice and video communication tools
・Provide network infrastructure for data centers and branches/headquarters
・Provide application operating environments for business application departments
・Manage data center operations
・Implement and operate security measures
・Provide market data services
You will be responsible for IT infrastructure with a scale of tens of millions to billions of projects supporting an organization with 15,000 employees and approximately 130 sales offices. In addition, you will be able to take the lead in formulating a medium- to long-term roadmap, examining architecture, and seeing all the way from implementation to operation.

・セキュリティ対策の実装、運営

従業員数15,000名、約130営業拠点という組織を支える、数千万〜数十億という案件規模感のITインフラストラクチャーを担当頂きます。また主導的な立場で、中長期的なロードマップの策定やアーキテクチャの検討、導入〜運用まで一貫してみることができます。 |

Responsibilities：
As the lead voice engineer of the voice team, you will be responsible for system enhancements and implementation of the Production Voice System, closely collaborating with the global voice teams. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and incident support of the Production Voice System.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Lead system upgrades or enhancements that are required to comply with global standards or additional business user requirements.
・Create or update documentation for voice systems that are upgraded or newly deployed.
・Closely monitor voice systems to ensure stability and handle troubleshooting when incidents occur.
・Collaborate with the global voice team, including engineering members.
・Work with the IT support team, WM voice team, and end users to address inquiries and requirements.
・Be involved to develop medium- and long-term roadmaps and architectures for IT infrastructure.
The Voice systems includes, but is not limited:
− Cisco Unified Communications
− Cisco Voice Routers
− Security for Voice (ex, Firewall, DMZ)
− IPC Unigy
− NICE NTR-X
＜Background＞
Our company is implementing several large-scale system investment projects to provide business users with next-generation voice solutions-voice solutions integrated with other services such as MS Teams, Salesforce, etc. Our Voice team is in charge of IP Phones, Trader Phones, and voice recording, and is responsible for leading the aforementioned investment projects. We are currently recruiting a person to manage the expansion of the voice systems and services within these projects.
ボイスチームのリードボイスエンジニアとして、グローバルのボイスチームと緊密に連携しながら、プロダクション環境のボイスシステムの強化、および新規導入を担当していただきます。また、プロダクション環境のボイスシステムの保守およびインシデント対応も担当していただきます・
担当者には次のようなタスクが求められます。
・グローバル標準や新たなビジネス要件に準拠するため、必要に応じてシステムのアップグレードや強化を主導する。
・アップグレードまたは新規導入されたシステムに関するドキュメントを作成、または更新する。
・システムの安定稼働を保証するため、モニタリングを行い、インシデント発生時にはトラブルシューティングを行う。
・エンジニアリングメンバーを含むグローバルのVoiceチームと協力する。
・ITサポートチーム、WM Voiceチーム、およびエンドユーザーと連携して、問い合わせや要件に対応する。
・ITインフラストラクチャのVoiceに関する中長期的なロードマップとアーキテクチャの策定に関わる。

| ＜Mandatory＞ |
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows PC, Windows OS, networking, authentication, and database.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the networking industry working with Cisco UCS, Cisco network routers/switches, and Cisco applications (especially Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
- Communication skills and a team player.
- Have an interest in the latest technology trends and the ability to engage in self-learning.
- English: Fluent (able to communicate effectively in business settings).
- Windows PC、Windows OS、ネットワーク、認証およびデータベースを含むITインフラの基本知識。
- Cisco UCS、Ciscoネットワークルーター／スイッチ、およびCiscoアプリケーション（特にCisco Unified Communications Manager）を扱うネットワーク業界での5年以上の実務経験。
- コミュニケーションスキルがあり、チームプレイヤーであること。
- 最新の技術トレンドに関心を持ち、自己学習ができる。
- 英語：ビジネスの場で英語でコミュニケーションがとれ、英語のドキュメントを理解、作成できる。
