Job/Group Overview：
The candidate will play an active role as a member of the global team.
As part of its strategic digital transformation, our company is promoting the automation of its business operations with the ServiceNow platform. In addition to the current scope of use of ServiceNow, we are expanding business automation in each group company.
The successful candidate will join the GPSE Automation Services Engineering team and lead the ServiceNow Engineering group in Japan which is responsible for the planning, development, and design of all areas in ServiceNow and other relevant areas pertaining to Automation Services projects. This position will report to the Global Automation Engineering Manager.

採用後はGPSE(Group Platform Support and Engineering) Automation Services Engineeringチームの一員としてGlobal Automation Engineering Managerにレポートして頂き、Automation Servicesのプロジェクトにて計画、設計、開発などを担当いただきます。

| Responsibilities： |
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and defining the integration requirements.
- Defining technical solutions Architectural level with Automation Service Architect.
- Leading the delivery of ServiceNow based projects.
- Provision of expert support and leadership to team members.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to continuously leverage ServiceNow platform with other members of Automation Services Group.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of platforms capabilities and acting as subject matter expert.
- Understand user challenges and solutions, design and share the best user experience with stakeholders using ServiceNow.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with our group's management-level stakeholders

| ＜Mandatory＞ |
- Must be Native Japanese speaker and business level in English
- 7+years of IT engineering experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow engineering experience
- Strong background in ServiceNow as a Developer or Architect, covering a range of associated products.
- Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
- Good knowledge of CMDB / CSDM data model.
- Must have team handling experience.
- Experience in working with both local and global teams
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude in managing projects in a global setting.
- Certified ServiceNow Developer, Implementation Specialist, or Architect.
- Solid understanding of ITIL
- ServiceNow Portal Development Skill
- 日本語を母国語とし、英語がビジネスレベルであること
- 7年以上のITエンジニアリング経験
- 3年以上のServiceNowエンジニアリング経験
- ServiceNow関連製品における開発者またはアーキテクトとしての経験
- ServiceNowエコシステムで複雑なITプロジェクトの経験
- Service-nowプラットフォームにおけるハンズオンでの設計、開発、およびデプロイメントの経験。
- CMDB/CSDMに関する知識。
- チーム協業の経験
- ローカルチーム、グローバルチームでの業務経験
- 複数のチャネル(口頭、メール、Jiraなど)を使用して、技術スタッフおよび非技術スタッフとの効果的なコミュニケーションスキル
- 問題解決のためにインフラチームなどと協業した経験
- グローバルプロジェクトを管理する際の柔軟で順応性のある態度。
- ServiceNow上でポータルを構築するスキル

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Detailed ServiceNow product knowledge (especially ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, AppEng, and Knowledge Management, DevOps, ESC)
- Experience in working with both local and global teams
- ServiceNow Certificate; Developer、Implementation Specialist、Architect
- Solid understanding of ITIL
