１）Job/Group Overview / 職務・グループ概要：
Tokyo Swift Technology, part of Wholesale IT, owns Nomura’s connectivity to the Swift network and the sanctions screening platforms that protect every payment the firm makes. Our systems carry cross-border and domestic payment flow for Global Markets, Operations and Cash Management every day, across multiple regions and regulatory jurisdictions, with zero tolerance for downtime.
We are looking for a hands-on Level 3 engineer who wants to own mission-critical technology end to end: building Swift integration, APIs and automation, administering the SAA / SAG / HSM estate, and hardening our sanctions screening and Swift Customer Security Programme controls. As part of the Tokyo Swift Technology team you will work as one team with our Global Swift IT colleagues on a shared, follow-the-sun platform, while collaborating closely with Operations and Compliance users in Japan and partnering directly with Swift and our vendors. It is a genuinely global seat that builds specialist payments technology expertise that is scarce and highly valued across the industry - visible, high-impact engineering rather than maintenance.

２）Responsibilities / 職務内容：
●Swift Platform Development & Integration
・Design, develop and maintain Swift integration solutions for cross-border and domestic payments
・Build and maintain Swift interfaces, middleware and APIs for message transformation and routing
・Develop automation tooling for message validation, monitoring and operational support
・Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for Swift infrastructure deployments
●Swift Infrastructure Administration
・Configure and administer Swift Alliance Access (SAA), Swift Alliance Gateway (SAG) and Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
・Deploy and support Swift environments across production and disaster recovery data centres
・Manage message queues, routing rules and interface configurations
・Drive Swift upgrades, migrations and performance monitoring
●Sanctions Screening & Compliance
・Implement and maintain real-time sanctions screening of inbound and outbound Swift messages against major sanctions lists
・Build and maintain integration between Swift infrastructure and sanctions screening platforms
・Configure alert workflows, blocking / non-blocking modes and exception handling processes
・Drive false positive reduction and automated case handling for sanctions alerts
●Security & Compliance
・Implement and maintain Swift Customer Security Programme (CSP) controls
・Manage HSM operations for secure key management and encryption
・Support security audits and regulatory compliance activities
・Ensure secure transmission protocols and data protection measures
●Technical Support & Troubleshooting
・Provide Level 3 support for Swift infrastructure and messaging issues
・Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
・Monitor system performance, connectivity and message delivery
・Lead incident response and safeguard high availability of Swift services

●制裁スクリーニング・コンプライアンス
・主要な制裁リストに対する入出力Swiftメッセージのリアルタイム制裁スクリーニングの実装・保守
・Swiftインフラと制裁スクリーニングプラットフォーム間の連携の構築・保守
・アラートワークフロー、ブロッキング／ノンブロッキングモード、例外処理プロセスの設定
・制裁アラートに関する誤検知（フォールスポジティブ）の削減および自動ケース処理の推進
●セキュリティ・コンプライアンス
・Swift Customer Security Programme（CSP）統制の実装・保守
・鍵管理・暗号化のためのHSM運用管理
・セキュリティ監査および規制コンプライアンス活動のサポート
・安全な通信プロトコルおよびデータ保護対策の確保
●テクニカルサポート・トラブルシューティング
・Swiftインフラおよびメッセージング関連の問題に対するL3サポートの提供
