The Global Compensation team supports Nomura’s businesses with compensation and HR data based analytics and advice.

Responsibilities:
|
- HRビジネスパートナーとの協働による経営・ビジネス部門に対する報酬制度に関する提案
- 報酬ポリシーの企画・立案
- 人事施策に関する期待効果検討のための報酬データ分析
- 報酬に関するマーケットトレンドなどの情報収集および、マーケットサーベイ実施のリード
- 人事委員会のための資料作成
- 役員のプレゼンテーション資料の作成サポート
- Year-End プロセスの運営

- Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to develop and propose compensation related policies to support business growth
- Planning and development of compensation policies
- Analyze HR data to help assess the impact of HR related initiatives
- Gather information on market trends and lead the market data survey process
- Creating materials for the HR Committee
- Assist with presentation materials for senior HR management presentations
- Support the year-end compensation process

Requirements
|
| Requirements: |
- 社会人経験５年以上
- 人事に関する業務経験があること（報酬関連や人事コンサルティングの業務経験があれば尚可）
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
- オフィスアプリケーション（Excel, Word, PowerPoint等）の基礎的な操作能力があること
- 機密性の高い情報の管理について高い意識を有していること
- 正確性、細部にわたる注意力と丁寧さを有していること
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと、迅速かつ簡潔に問題と解決策をまとめる能力を保持していること
- スピードを求められる環境でのチャレンジを楽しみ、自分自身の能力開発に積極的であること
- 未経験のエリアに対し、謙虚に貪欲に学ぶことが出来ること

- 5+ years of work experience
- Current or past HR work experience (compensation-related and/or HR consulting work experience is preferred)
- Bi-Lingual (English business level & Japanese native level)
- Proficiency in office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Comfort working with and analyzing large volumes of confidential data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly and concisely summarize problems and solutions
- Enjoy working through challenges in a fast-paced environment while being proactive in developing personal skills
- Eager to learn new things while being able to apply past experiences
