Job/Group Overview:

Portfolio and Risk Management system that Nomura provides (named as NOMURA i-Port) is a system that provides functions such as risk analysis, simulation and position management for financial securities.
Nomura i-Port is maintained by the newly created section Japan Business Service (JBS) in the Corporate IT department.
JBS promotes the digitalization of applications used by large section of domestic user groups which include retail, investment banking, finance, operations and group companies by effectively utilizing the cutting edge technologies. It also aims to achieve quick and high quality system delivery through in-house development and project management and aid the business process restructuring of the user groups. Though the users are domestic, IT team members are from various countries and almost are Japanese bilinguals.

Responsibilities:
This position is for the Process Standardization (Test Automation etc.) In-charge and Application Migration / Implementation lead for the portfolio and risk management system migration project which is part of the retail system migration program.
Mission is to transition the development and support of the system to in-house and reduce the vendor dependency.

| Summary of the responsibilities are as below: |
- Establish an in-house development team
- Planning and design of business requirements with users
- Analysis and design of the changes required for migration
- In-house development and migration planning
- In-house development execution, quality control
- Delivery planning and implementation
- Project Management activities
- User support after the migration (Level 3)

当ポジションでは、リテールのシステム移行PRJに関する活動のうち、共通化（テスト自動化など）もしくは移行・導入の担当として、推進していただきます。
従来は外部のリソースに頼ってきたリテール領域のシステム構築・保守を内製化することが当ポジションのミッションです。

| 主な役割は下記の通りになります。 |
- 内製開発体制の確立
- ビジネス・ユーザーとの案件企画立案
- 移行に伴う業務要件の変更検討、IT実装方法検討
- 内製開発・移行計画作成
- 内製開発の推進、品質確保
- デリバリー計画策定と実行
- その他、プロジェクトマネジメント業務全般
- 本番稼働後のユーザーサポート（レベル３）

Requirements:
<Mandatory> |
- Japanese (Native level) / English (Business level)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Business Analysis experience (4 years or more)
- Project Management, reporting and documentation experience
- Excellent business analysis and information organization skills, prioritization skills, problem solving skills
- Great sense of ownership
- Web application development experience
- Java, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript programming experience
- RDMS Knowledge
- Build and deploy automation experience
- ネイティブレベルの日本語 / ビジネスレベルの英語
- 優れた対人コミュニケーション能力
- プロジェクトマネージャーの経験、もしくはビジネスアナリストとしての業務設計の経験（4年以上）
- プロジェクト管理、レポーティング、ドキュメント作成スキル
- 優れた分析能力、情報整理能力、問題解決能力、優先順位付け能力、責任感
- 改善・革新に情熱を持ち、新しいテクノロジーを学び、実装する意欲
- Webアプリケーションの開発経験
- Java, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScriptなどのプログラミングの経験
- リレーショナルデータベースの知識
- ビルドとデプロイの自動化の経験
