Responsibilities:
当ポジションでは、ウェルス・マネジメントビジネスまたはコーポレート領域に提供しているシステムにおける運用サポートをマネージャーとして遂行することがミッションとなります。関係者（主に開発チーム）と緊密なコミュニケーションを取りながら、日々の安定運用に貢献頂きます。
ウェルス・マネジメントIT部におけるProduction Serviceチームの将来的には1チームで24/365の運用サポートを行っていくリーダーとしてチームを纏めて頂くため、マネジメント経験や、障害時においては業務影響を予測した行動をとるなど、状況に応じたフレキシブルな対応が求められます。また開発チームとの円滑なコミュニケーションのため、継続的なテクノロジースキルの習得は必要になります。
This role is within the Nomura Production Services team providing support to the Wealth Management division for a wide range of applications designed to facilitate the successful execution of various important business processes. The role includes functioning as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in the support of Wealth Management applications used by the Wealth Management IT departments, maintaining strong relationships with Stakeholders.
The ideal candidate to manage the team as the leader to provide 24/365 operation support in the future will have a forward thinking, can-do attitude with the ability to proactively deal with issues and a drive for continual improvement. Also, have a willingness to upskill and learn new technologies is a must. |

- 優れた対人コミュニケーション能力
- 英語での読み書きと会話（ビジネスレベル）
- 日本語の読み書きと会話（ネイティブレベル）
- ビジネス、開発チーム、インフラチーム、その他のグループと強力な協力関係の構築
- 監査、運用上のリスクなど、ITガバナンスのすべての分野に対して注意を払い、管理文書のメンテナンスだけでなく、サポートKPIメトリックを正確に収集して公開する能力
- ITサポートチームのマネージャー経験
- プロジェクトマネージャの経験およびシステム設計・開発経験（3年以上）
- 主体的でマルチタスクと時間的プレッシャーに対処する能力
- 優れた課題解決能力と習得の早さ
- 課題に対する強い責任感と適切な優先順位付け
- 分析的思考と問題解決スキル
- WindowsとLinux環境での作業
- 証券外務員資格二種
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Communication skills in English
- Fluent Japanese reading, writing, and speaking
- Be able to build strong, collaborative relationships with the business, application development teams, Infrastructure and other functional groups.
- Have a conscientious attitude to all areas of IT Governance: Audit, Operational Risk etc. Ability to accurately collect and publish support KPI metrics as well as management documentation maintenance for the team
- Experience in IT support manager role
- More than 3 years of IT Project Manager experience or in a design and development
- Proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle time pressure
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly (often independently)
- Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
- Track record demonstrating strong analytical skills
- Comfort navigating and working in Windows and Linux environments
- JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification Class 2
