Job/Group Overview：
ウェルス・マネジメントIT部は、ウェルス・マネジメント部門におけるシステム及びビジネスプロセスの企画・開発において、ビジネスとテクノロジーを繋ぐ重要な役割を担っており、ビジネスと一体となって、ウェルス・マネジメント部門のビジネス拡大に貢献しています。
その中において、ウェルス・マネジメントITプロダクションサービスエンジニアは、各システムの開発スケジュールと並走し、円滑な稼働環境の構築や運用管理に注力します。
そのために、運用の自動化を目的としたツール活用も積極的に推進しています。
野村證券のシステム本番環境を常にStableな状態に保ち、ビジネス活動が円滑に進むよう、各システム担当者と適宜適切に連携し障害の予防、障害発生時の早期復旧のために活動します。
The Wealth Management IT department plays a crucial role in bridging business and technology by planning and developing systems and business processes for the sales department.
It works closely with the business team to contribute to the expansion of sales and overall business growth. Wealth Management IT Production Service Engineers work in accordance with the development schedules of each system, focusing on building a smooth operational environment and managing operations.
To achieve this, they actively promote the use of tools aimed at automating operations.
They strive to keep the production environment of Nomura Securities in a stable state at all times, collaborating appropriately and in a timely manner with each system owner to prevent incident and to ensure prompt recovery in the event of any incident, thus facilitating smooth business activities. |

- 日本語の読み書きと会話（ネイティブレベル）
- 主体的でマルチタスクと時間的プレッシャーに対処する能力
- 優れた課題解決能力と習得の早さ
- 課題に対する強い責任感と適切な優先順位付け
- 分析的思考と問題解決スキル
- 開発またはサポート業務におけるIT経験（2年以上）
- WindowsとLinux環境での作業
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent Japanese reading, writing, and speaking
- Proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle time pressure
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly (often independently)
- Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
- Track record demonstrating strong analytical skills
- More than 2 years of IT Experience in a development or support role
- Comfort navigating and working in Windows and Linux environments

- Experience working in a design, or development role
- Full understanding of ITIL
- JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification
