Responsibilities:
コーポレートIT部Japan Business Services(JBS)課 のGroup Procurement Management IT (GPM IT) チームでは野村ホールディングスとグループ傘下の会社（野村證券を含む）のコーポレート部門のうち、主にGPM（購買統括部門）のシステムを担当しております。主な責任範囲は以下のとおりです。
1. テクニカルサポート: 各アプリケーションの専門家(レベル3)として、プロダクションサポートチーム（本番管理のレベル1、2チーム）と協力し、ユーザーからの問い合わせと障害対応
2. ユーザー部門の業務要件に即したソリューションや品質向上を目的とした、新規開発や二次開発
業務推進上、国内や海外拠点の関連各ユーザー部署と他ITチームとの協業が求められます
今回は、グループ会社を含むGPM部門向けのソリューション開発を担当する開発者を募集します。
We are GPM IT team in JBS(Japan Business Services) section in Corporate IT Dept, and our mission is to provide GPM users with IT support. Responsibilities are
1 Technical Support : as SME of BPM application, address user queries/incidents collaborating with Production Support team(L1,L2 support) for resolution.
2 Development : develop new function, enhance existing function which will fulfil user’s requirement, will address application defect, improve application quality.
Due to its nature, collaborating with IT/user group counterparties located in onshore/offshore also is required. We are looking for a new developer in GPM IT.

- DevOps形式での本番運用の枠組みの設計・運用
- Mockを利用したユーザーとのコミュニケーション・要件決定
- チームの開発環境、CI（継続的インテグレーション）/CD（継続的デリバリー）環境の改善
- リリース手順、仕組の作成・実施
- 本番システム及びユーザサポート

| 必須要件： |
- WEB系、オープン系システム開発経験（JavaScript、Java、.NET、など）(2〜3年程度)
- SQLやRDBを利用した開発経験（2〜3年程度)
- AWSでの開発経験（1〜3年程度)
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル
- 日本語ビジネスレベル以上

- About 3 years of experience in developing WEB/other systems (JavaScript, Java, .NET, etc.)
- SQL and RDB development (about 2-3 years)
- AWS development experience (about 1-3 years )
- Strong communication skill
- Japanese: Business level and above
