野村證券グローバル・マーケッツ・インフォメーション・テクノロジー部のJapan Rates IT チームでの開発者ポジションの募集になります。日本国内の債券ビジネスに関する、プライシング、Position、PnL、リスクとトレーディングシステムの開発と管理
意欲的なバックエンド開発者でJava、Unix、Shell、Databaseに強みを持ち、Fixed Income（特に債券）の知識を持っている方を求めています。本ポジションでは主に旧システムの更改や廃止に携わって頂き、複数の既存アプリケーションも管理頂くことになります。C/C++の経験はプラスになります。
This opening is for a back-end developer role in the Japan Rates IT team, who will be responsible for development and maintenance of various systems used by Fixed Income (Rates) business in Japan that provide critical functionality to the business such as Pricing, Execution, Position, PnL and Risk Management for bonds, Repo etc.
We are looking for highly motivated hands on developer, with strong Java, UNIX, Scripting and database skills who preferably has some Fixed Income product knowledge (especially bonds). Some knowledge/experience on C/C++ will be a plus. This resource will be primarily working on development / enhancements / rewrite of the apps, but will also be taking ownership of some of the existing applications.

- 債券系アプリケーションの開発・廃止案件・代替システムのコーディングに携わって頂きます。移行・更改案件時のテストや本番移行にも携わって頂きます。
- ビジネス部門（債券トレーディング）、他ITチーム、ミドル・バックオフィス、コンプライアンス等の他コーポレート部門とやりとりし、問題・質問を受け適切な対応・提案を行って頂きます。
- Ratesで担当する国内アプリケーションの2次・3次サポートや、ユーザーから受けた改善点について本番実装が完了するまで携わって頂きます。
- 市場・制度変更の際に旧アプリケーション群への影響把握、実装を行って頂きます。
- アプリケーションのリリース、回帰テストを担当頂き、安定性を損なわない程度に旧アプリケーション群の自動化、DevOps、IT変革も行って頂きます。
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and infrastructure migration of Japan domestic applications, and take responsibility for testing and rollout of these migration/rewrite projects.
- Interact with the business (Fixed income Trading), other technology teams, as well as other corporate departments such as PC, Finance, Compliance, to understand their issues and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level production support for Japan domestic apps for managing position and risk, and contribute to the delivery of enhancement requests raised by users on these applications.
- Conduct impact analysis and implement market changes, regulatory changes across legacy apps.
- Take full ownership of application releases, regression tests, and adopt automation, DevOps, and IT transformation into the legacy apps wherever possible, without impacting the stability of these apps.

- UnixでのJava, Spring, scripting (Shell) を使ったプログラミング経験（2年以上８年以下）
- 豊富なデータベース（MS SQL, SYBASE他）スキル
- 豊富な問題解決・デバックスキル
- 英語・日本語の十分な読み書き能力
- 高い主体性、責任感
- 品質の高いコードを書くことができ、生産性の高い開発環境で実績を積んだ経験
- デザイン・パターンや多層エンタープライズ・アプリケーション・アーキテクチャに理解があること
- 単体テスト（Junit, Mock Framework）の経験
- Autosysなどのスケジューリングエージェント使った経験
- チームプレーヤー、国内外のチームと効率的に協働出来ること
- 2-8 years of hands-on development experience in JAVA and Spring on Linux, with scripting skills in Perl/Shell
- Strong database skills (MQ SQL/Sybase/other)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English and preferably strong/business-level Japanese
- High level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership
- An outstanding track record of delivering high-quality code in a dynamic development environment, showing result-driven and the ability to succeed within a disciplined, high-productivity, low-overhead development process
- Familiarity with design patterns and multi-tier enterprise application architecture
- Unit testing (Junit, Mock frameworks)
- Familiarity with scheduling agents like Autosys, etc.
- A team player, able to work effectively within a local/global team

- SDLCやベストプラクティス、分散取引処理への理解や、要件定義書から仕様分析や設計を行った経験
- 金融業界でのソフトウェア開発経験、Fixed Incomeの知識
- C/C++ を使ったプログラミング経験
- DevOps、Cloud、Automationフレームワークを使った経験
- 野村社内システムの知識や社内の多様な部署とやりとりした経験
- Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices, distributed transaction processing, and experience in analyzing and defining technical requirements from business documentation.
- Previous experience in software development within the financial industry, and knowledge of the Fixed Income domain is advantageous.
- Familiarity with C/C++ is advantageous
- Proficiency in DevOps, Cloud, and Automation frameworks
- Previous knowledge of Nomura systems and other Nomura teams, etc. will be highly beneficial
