Japan Business Services (JBS) は、コーポレートIT部に2022年に新設されたビジネス・ユニットです。
JBSではテクノロジー・イノベーション・グループ（TIG）、データ・サイエンス・イニシアチブ（DSI）、債券部門のDX（FIDTech）など革新的な取り組みに加え、インベストメント・バンキング、ファイナンス、オペレーションズ、経費購買など、多岐にわたる国内向けシステムの開発などを幅広く担っております。
Japan Business Services (JBS) is a new business unit at Nomura formed in 2022, home to a number of innovative initiatives including the Technology Innovation Group (TIG), the Data Science Initiative (DSI), DX in Fixed Income (FIDTech). JBS also includes a number of Japan domestic facing technology teams including Investment Banking, Finance, Operations, and Expense and Sourcing Management.
その中でもJBSのプロダクションサービスエンジニアは、アプリケーションのサポート環境の整備を行いながらオペレーションの自動化や効率化の為の開発やユーザーとプロジェクトチームとの懸け橋となり、システムとインフラが確実にビジネスニーズにマッチするようプロジェクトの支援を行います。
JBS Production Services Engineers develop tools and maintain monitoring applications for automating operations and improving efficiency of them, while interfacing directly with both the business and project teams, identifying and prioritizing business needs, and ensuring those needs are being met by the organization’s systems and infrastructure. |

| Responsibilities： |
- オペレーションの自動化や効率化の為の開発
- アプリケーションのモニタリング環境の整備
- 障害管理、分析、報告、解決
- 課題管理とアクション計画策定
- ビジネスとシステムのプロセスフローの分析、要件収集、ドキュメンテーション
- 本番環境とそのデータ管理、システム構成管理とオペレーション
- 本番環境の変更管理、UAT調整、リリース作業、リリース後のテスト・検証
- Development to automate and improve efficiency of operations
- Maintenance of monitoring systems
- Incident management, analysis, documentation, and resolution
- Problem management and remedial action planning
- Business and system flow analysis, requirement gathering, documentation
- Production data control, environment management, system configuration, and operations
- Change management, UAT coordination, release implementation, and post-release testing and verification

- 分析的思考と問題解決スキル
- 開発またはサポート業務におけるIT経験
- WindowsとLinux環境での作業
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent Japanese reading, writing, and speaking
- Proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle time pressure
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly (often independently)
- Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
- Track record demonstrating strong analytical skills
- IT Experience in a development or support role（※株式取引システムの経験（3年以上）を優遇します）
- Comfort navigating and working in Windows and Linux environments

- 株式取引システムの開発またはサポート経験（3年以上）
- 英語の読み書きと会話
- 金融や金融商品に関する知識
- SQLとデータベースの使用経験
- プログラミング経験（C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA等）
- システムの設計、開発等の経験
- Salesforceのサポート経験
- 証券外務員資格
- 3 years+ experience in development or support roles for equity trading systems
- English reading, writing, and/or speaking ability
- Finance and/or financial product knowledge
- Database experience and the ability to write/understand SQL
- Programming experience (C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA, etc.)
- Experience working in a design, or development role
- Experience supporting Salesforce
- JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification
