Our mission is to contribute to the promotion of DX in cooperation with Business users. Engineers are flexibly involved with a wide variety of in-house development and projects. Communication within the team is in Japanese and sometimes in English as it is made up of multinational members.

The Digital Tools Hub team is a group of Digital and Data CoE, acting as a hub between Business and IT to ensure everyone at Nomura can find and use the tools they need to do their job as efficiently as possible.
デジタル・ツール・ハブチームはデジタル及びデータCoEに属し、ビジネスとITを繋ぐ役割として機能し、野村グループで仕事をする人が、誰でも仕事上で必要なツールを見つけ、効率よく活用できるようにします。

Responsibilities：
Key responsibilities to this role are (not limited to) as following.

- Active contribution to the evaluation of tools, solutions or approaches
- Build common components for business processes simplification, consolidation and rationalization
- Challenge the status quo and maximize opportunities for digital innovation and transformation
- Coaching and supervising business line developers for transformation.
- Contribute to maintenance and adherence to governance and operating model
- Develop relationships with business line SME's to support their efforts and identify opportunities
- Digital Transformation Culture Development via training to business users on digital tools / new technology
- Establish accountability and ownership of solutions in case we develop for the business line
- Maintain documentation in line with minimum standards
- Maintain JIRA EPIC's, and stories to facilitate monitoring and planning
- Provide transparent and clear updates as part of daily scrum calls - be advisory as needed
- Propose transformation opportunities to leads

- ビジネスのためにソリューションを開発する場合、ソリューションの説明責任とオーナーシップを確立します
- 最低限の基準に準じて文書を維持します
- 監視と計画を容易にするために、JIRA EPICとストーリーを維持管理します
- 毎日のスクラムコールに、アップデート情報の提供や必要に応じて助言します
- リーダーに変革機会を提案します

Requirements

| Madatory |
- Japanese: Native or native close level
- Strong communication and inter-person skills
- IT development experience (3+ years)
- Data ETL / Data Engineering experience (3+ years)
- SQL and RDB development (3+ years)
- Can deliver solutions via Agile and/or hybrid approach to meet business demands quickly
- Quick learner on new technology and willing to challenge new things, can actively learn and become proficient in digital tools we deploy.
- Team player: bring the requisite skills and capabilities to the role whilst respecting those of others in the team.

- 新しいテクノロジーを迅速に学び、新しいことに挑戦する意欲があり、尚且つ、積極的にデジタルツールを習熟することができる
- チームプレーヤー：チーム内の他の人のスキルと能力を尊重しながら、役割に必要なスキルと能力をもたらす

- Project Management or BA experience
