We are currently seeking a permanent team member to join the Identity function, focusing primarily on engineering best-in-class solutions across our Secrets and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms. This is a global team looking after products such as CyberArk, Conjur and PKI/Certificate management. The team provides the engineering capability, L3 support [to the Operations team] and support for technical handovers. The successful applicant will drive process improvement through automation and engineer solutions which are designed to enable continual service improvements. SRE working practices made be adopted in the future. |

Responsibilities：
・Provide technical design and engineering for PAM & Secrets Management platform
・Management of projects relating to upgrades, configuration, installation, integration and engaging with stakeholders to fully understand requirements.
・Follow a standard software engineering lifecycle from requirements analysis to the design, implementation, validation, installation and maintenance of key platforms.
・Engage with the Operations team to provide handover documentation, including updates and maintenance of run books and technical documentation.
・Provide onsite L2/L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of platforms deployed globally when incidents takes place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support as necessary.
・Engage with application teams to deliver compelling PAM & Secrets Management services
・Assist in restructuring of existing processes and identify opportunities to further automate processes.
・Strong coding skills to assist with product integrations and extensions.
・Adherence to company IT policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

| ＜Mandatory＞ |
- 5+ years of experience in CyberArk Enterprise Vault
- Strong OO development skills with working with a least one major language, (Java, C#, Go, Python etc. )
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Strong scripting skills, for example Python, Bash and Powershell
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one major RDMS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgresSQL etc. )
- Knowledge of GIT, Ansible and DevOps practices and tools ( Jenkins, CI/CD etc. )
- Exposure to Cloud based architectures and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
- Computer science or similar degree

- Experience with Conjur
- General understanding of cryptographic concepts: symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, secure hash, digital signatures
- Working knowledge of Certificate Management
- Working knowledge of Data Encryption services such as HSMs
- Understanding of current PKI infrastructures.
- Any relevant certifications: Security+, CISSP, SSCP or related degree
- Good understanding of IT security principles.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (inc. JIRA and Confluence)
