Job/Group Overview：
クライアント・サービス部は、グローバルマーケッツの顧客の取引にかかる支援（決済前まで）、及び本社と営業店にまたがる取引を行う営業店顧客の支援を行っており、顧客の取引開始前確認、口座開設、取引に係る受渡・清算照合業務、中央清算機関との決済に関する事務、店頭デリバティブや組成商品等お客様向け案内、時価評価の提供業務などを行っています。
パブリックからプライベートに領域を広げる戦略において、付加価値の高いサービスを提供するため、フロント部署やコーポレートの様々な部署と協働しながら課題に対する検討を行い、グローバル連携しながらビジネスの推進に取り組んでいます。
Client Services Dept. supports Global Markets Division in/after transacting with the client and branch offices’clients who transact across Global Markets. We conduct client due diligence, account opening, pre confirmation and pre settlement matching, clearing verification services, operational services via central clearing, and provide valuation notice to derivatives and structured products.
To provide high value-added services in our strategy to expand our business from the public to the private sector, we work globally with various departments from Global Markets division to corporate divisions in order to provide solutions for the new challenges including cross border business. |

Responsibilities：
クライアントオンボーディングの業務は、新規顧客とのビジネス要件に沿った取引開始事前確認として、グローバルマーケット部門担当者と社内関連部署（本人確認（KYC)チーム、データ管理チーム、取引法務部、法務部、コンプライアンス部門等）との取次ぎやタスク進捗の調整、管理等の業務
各海外拠点（米国、英国、香港、シンガポール、インド）のオンボーディングチームメンバーと共働し、各地域国の規制を踏襲し取引開始事前確認に係る業務
The tasks of client onboarding are to define the business requirements and continuously update the ongoing cases by proactively engaging with Global Markets division and other corporate divisions (KYC Team, Data Management Team, Transaction Legal Department, Legal Department, Compliance Department, etc.)
Coordinate with onboarding teams at overseas locations (US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, India), to ensure that the client is compliant with the regulations in each region prior to onboarding. |

| ＜Mandatory＞ |
- セールスサポート等フロント支援の経験
- 海外オフィスとの協業経験
- 証券外務員1種
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
- 他部署との協業を図る上で協調性、調整力、当事者意識をもって自ら業務を進めることができる自走力
- Experience in fast-paced working environment such as sales support
- Experience in communication with overseas offices and overseas clients
- JSDA Class-1 Qualification as Sales Representative
- Native level Japanese and Business level English
- Ability to take initiative with sense of ownership

- RPA/DX等の知識
- General knowledge of financial instruments with some concentration

- Experience in KYC related functions
- JSDA Qualification as an Internal Administrator
- Knowledge of RPA/DX, etc.
