部の紹介、概要 / Job/Group Overview:
クライアント・サービス部は、グローバル・マーケッツ部門の顧客の取引にかかる支援（決済前まで）、及び本社と営業店にまたがる取引を行う営業店顧客の支援を行っており、顧客の取引開始前確認、口座開設、取引に係る受渡・清算照合業務、中央清算機関との決済に関する事務、店頭デリバティブや組成商品等お客様向け案内、時価評価の提供業務などを行っています。
パブリックからプライベートに領域を広げる戦略において、付加価値の高いサービスを提供するため、フロント部署やコーポレートの様々な部署と協働しながら課題に対する検討を行い、グローバル連携しながらビジネスの推進に取り組んでいます。
クライアント・アカウント業務課は、ホールセール顧客（居住者・非居住者）の取引開始前確認、本人確認、口座開設（システム設定を含む）、顧客・口座情報管理を担当しており、顧客が円滑に取引を開始できるよう、日々業務を遂行しております。
Client Services Dept. supports Global Markets Division in/after transacting with the client and branch offices’clients who transact across Global Markets. We conduct client due diligence, account opening, pre confirmation and pre settlement matching, clearing verification services, operational services via central clearing, and provide valuation notice to derivatives and structured products.
In order to provide high value-added services in our strategy to expand our business from the public to the private sector, we work globally with various departments from Global Markets division to corporate divisions in order to provide solutions for the new challenges including cross border business.
The Client Account Operations Division is responsible for the pre-transaction verification of wholesale clients (both residents and non-residents), identity verification, account opening (including system setup), and maintenance of customer and account information. We carry out our daily operations to ensure that clients can start their transactions smoothly. |

| 担当業務、責務 / Responsibilities： |
- KYC/エンティティデータチームでは、主にグローバル・マーケッツ部門のホールセール顧客の本人確認と口座開設、口座情報の管理を行っています。海外拠点のチームメンバーと協業も多く日々コミュニケーションを取りながら業務します。主にグローバル・マーケッツ部門の顧客のサポートであり、多数の社内関係者との連携、複数のシステムを運用する等、臨機応変に能動的に業務いただきます。
- The KYC/Entity Data Team primarily focuses on identity verification and account opening for wholesale clients in the Global Markets Division, as well as the maintenance of account information. We frequently collaborate with team members from overseas locations and communicate daily to carry out our tasks. Our main responsibility is to support clients in the Global Markets Division, which requires active flexibility in our operations, coordinating with numerous internal stakeholders and managing various systems.

- 証券外務員1種資格
- 内部管理責任者資格
- RPA/DX等の知識
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- General knowledge of financial instruments with some concentration
- Knowledge of Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and global derivatives regulations
- Experience in KYC related functions
- JSDA Class-1or Internal Administrator Qualification
- Knowledge of RPA/DX, etc.
- Business level English
