| Job/Group Overview： |
- トレジャリー部は、弊社グループ全体の経営目標を達成するため、海外拠点を含めた弊社グループ全体の資金管理や資金流動性規制対応等、統合的な流動性管理を担っています。国内で完結する業務やプロジェクトは少なく、海外の弊社グループ拠点（米州、欧州、アジア）と各国の規制に合わせてグローバルに業務を行っております。
- その中でトレジャリー部は、資金流動性規制への対応として余剰流動性（Liquidity Pools、以下LP）を保有・運用しています。今回この業務の高度化を目指し、HQLA（High Quality Liquid Assets/適格流動性資産） Investmentのグローバルチームを新たに立ち上げます。
- 当ポジションはそのチームヘッドとなります。社内外の関係者とHQLA Investment プロジェクトにおいて、組織の立ち上げ、規則・制度の設立、実際の運用実務等をグローバルヘッドとしてリードして頂きます。
- 入社後は、トレジャリー部の業務知識を吸収しつつ、部のマネジメント層と一緒にプロジェクトの立ち上げを行って頂く予定です。プロジェクト完遂後は、Head of HQLA Investmentとして実務運営の責任者を担って頂きます。
- Treasury department is responsible for cash/funding management of whole group entities and comprehensive liquidity management. Our tasks and projects are not only in Japan but also global base with communicating with regional Treasury at overseas entities (US, EU, Asia).
- In this context, the Treasury Department manages excess liquidity through Liquidity Pools (LP) in response to liquidity regulations. We are in the process of establishing a new global team focused on High Quality Liquid Assets (HQLA) Investment to enhance LP returns.
- As the Head of the HQLA Investment Team, you will take the lead in establishing the organization, policy & rules, systems development, and executing operational practices for the HQLA Investment project. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Upon joining, you will gain a deep understanding of the Treasury Department's functions and work alongside the management team to launch the project. Upon successful completion of the project, you will lead the HQLA Investment team globally as the desk head.

●新チームHQLA Investmentのグローバルヘッドとして、LPのHQLA投資運用に向けたプロジェクトマネージャー及び実務運営の責任者 / As the Global Head of the new HQLA Investment team, you will be responsible for managing the investment operations of LP in HQLA and serve as the project manager for the HQLA Investment project. |

- プロジェクト全体のマネージ
- 社則・規則の新設・改定
- 金利及びスプレッドリスクのコントロール体制の構築
- 投資運用戦略・意思決定プロセス・リスク管理枠組みの導入
- 他、会計方針の確定、システム開発の要件定義、損益管理体制構築、マネジメントレポートの策定等
- Oversee the entire project
- Establish and revise internal policies and rules
- Develop the control framework for interest rate and spread risks
- Implement investment management strategies, decision-making processes, and risk management frameworks
- Define accounting policies, set system development requirements, establish profit and loss management frameworks, and make management reports

- HQLA Investmentチームのグローバルヘッド
- 投資運用のPDCA（短期・中長期の運用方針策定、実行、損益管理、ポートフォリオリバランス等）
- ポートフォリオの金利及びスプレッドリスクの適切なコントロール
- 社内マネジメントや当局への報告
- Act as the global head of the HQLA Investment team
- Execute the PDCA cycle for investment management (plan and execute short-term and mid-to long-term investment strategies, manage profits and losses, rebalance portfolios, etc.)
- Ensure proper control of interest rate and spread risks within the portfolio
- Report to internal managements and regulatory authorities

Requirements

| 必須要件 / Mandatory |
- 円貨/外貨の有価証券投資及び金利リスクコントロールに関わる実務経験（累計3年以上）
- 会計知識：有価証券投資会計（JGAAP：その他有価証券/満期保有目的有価証券、USGAAP：Available for sales/Held to maturity）及びヘッジ会計
- 金利及びスプレッドリスクへの知識
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- Practical experience (3+ years) in securities investment in both yen and/or non-yen, and interest rate risk control.
- Knowledge of accounting:
- Investment accounting for securities (JGAAP: Other Securities / Securities Held to Maturity, USGAAP: Available for Sale / Held to Maturity) and hedge accounting
- Knowledge of interest rate and spread risks
- Experience in project management
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
