Job/Group Overview：
クライアント・サービス部は、グローバル・マーケッツの顧客の取引にかかる支援（決済前まで）、及び本社と営業店にまたがる取引を行う営業店顧客の支援を行っており、顧客の取引開始前確認、口座開設、取引に係る受渡・清算照合業務、中央清算機関との決済に関する事務、店頭デリバティブや組成商品等お客様向け案内、時価評価の提供業務などを行っています。
付加価値の高いサービスを提供するため、フロント部署やコーポレートの様々な部署と協働しながら課題に対する検討を行い、グローバル連携しながらビジネスの推進に取り組んでいます。
Client Services Dept. supports Global Markets Division in/after transacting with the client and branch offices’clients who transact across Global Market. We conduct client due diligence, account opening, pre confirmation and pre settlement matching, clearing verification services, operational services via central clearing, and provide valuation notice to derivatives and structured products.
To provide high value-added services in our strategy to expand our business, we work globally with various departments from Global Markets Division to corporate divisions to provide solutions for the new challenges including cross border business.

Responsibilities：
KYC/顧客データチームでは、主にグローバル・マーケッツのホールセール顧客の本人確認と口座開設、口座情報の管理を行っています。海外拠点のチームメンバーと協業も多く日々コミュニケーションを取りながら業務します。主にグローバル・マーケッツの顧客のサポートであり、多数の社内関係者との連携、複数のシステムを運用する等、臨機応変に能動的に業務頂きます。
KYC/Client Data team primarily handles customer identification, account opening, and account information management for wholesale clients in the Global Markets division. Team members frequently collaborate with the colleagues in overseas offices and communicate to carry out their tasks frequently. The team mainly supports clients in the Global Markets Division, working closely with many internal stakeholders and managing multiple systems, requiring flexible and proactive handling of various duties.

| ＜Mandatory＞ |
- KYC業務経験
- 証券会社でのオペレーションでの業務経験
- 海外オフィスとの協業経験、セールスサポート等フロント支援経験
- 証券外務員1種資格
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
- 他部署との協業を図る上で協調性、調整力、当事者意識をもって自ら業務を進めることができる自走力
- Experience of KYC process
- Experience as operation staff in Security company
- Experience in communication with overseas offices and clients
- JSDA Class-1 Qualification as Sales Representative
- Native level Japanese and Business level English
- Ability to take initiative with sense of ownership

- General knowledge of financial instruments with some concentration
