Responsibilities：
Management and oversight of Japan regional Production Services team providing support to Core Corporate divisions for a wide range of applications designed to facilitate the successful execution of important compliance, Surveillance, Legal, Audit and Corporate processes.
The ideal candidate is expected to be bilingual (English and Japanese speaking), forward thinking, strategic attitude with the ability to proactively identify trends, resolve issues and drive continual improvement through innovative technologies. The person will be responsible for development and nurturing of our next generation of technology talent as well as the continual upskilling of an experienced team to keep up with our ever evolving technology.
日本地域のプロダクションサービスチームの管理・監督を行い、コンプライアンス、監視、法務、監査、コーポレートプロセスの円滑な遂行を支援する幅広いアプリケーションについて、コア・コーポレート部門へのサポートを提供します。

Requirements：
＜Mandatory＞
・Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required, with native-level Japanese proficiency mandatory.
・Candidates must also possess at least one of the following:
- Experience in the compliance domain
- Experience in production support management
- Demonstrated AI driven automation for any production environment
・英語および日本語の両方に堪能であること
※日本語はネイティブレベル必須
・加えて、以下のいずれか1つ以上の経験・能力を有していること：
- コンプライアンス分野での経験
- 運用保守チームのマネジメント経験
- 本番環境におけるAIを活用した自動化の実績

＜Preferred＞
・Good Technical knowledge on -
- Operating systems - Windows, Unix, Linux
- Scripting skills - Shell Scripting, Python, Perl
- Good working knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or similar)
- Experience in supporting and administering DevOps tools as part of the deployment pipeline e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Elastic, Jira etc.
・Experience working in Global Follow the Sun (FTS) support structure
・Knowledge and experience in IT automation
・Knowledge and understanding of the Site Reliablility Engineering principles
・Understanding of Agile practices and principles
・AWS Practitioner Certification or similar
・Autosys setup and configuration
・Full understanding of ITIL
・以下の技術知識があること：
- オペレーティングシステム：Windows、Unix、Linux
- スクリプトスキル：シェルスクリプト、Python、Perl
- データベースおよびSQLクエリ作成の実務経験
- クラウド技術（AWS、Azure等）の実務経験
- デプロイメントパイプラインの一環としてのDevOpsツール（Git、Jenkins、Docker、Ansible、Elastic、Jira等）のサポート・管理経験
・グローバルなフォロー・ザ・サン（FTS）サポート体制での実務経験
・自動化に関する知識・経験
・サイトリライアビリティエンジニアリング（SRE）の原則に関する知識・理解
・アジャイルの実践方法および基本原則に関する理解
・AWSプラクティショナー認定または同等の資格
・Autosysの導入・設定の経験
・ITILに関する十分な理解 |
