Responsibilities：
本ポジションでは、日本のコンプライアンス・プロダクション・サービス・チームのメンバーとして、野村證券におけるすべての関係当局からの要求を満たすべく使用する各種重要なグローバルコンプライアンス・アプリケーションのサポートを提供します。このロールでは、Sybase、Oracle、Linux、Ansible、Jenkinsなど、さまざまなテクノロジーを扱う機会を提供します。
私たちが求めているのは、プロアクティブな考え方、優れたコミュニケーションスキル、新しい知識を素早く習得できる能力、熱心に作業して最後までやり遂げる意欲のある、幅広いIT専門知識を持つ人材です。
必要なビジネス機能、アプリケーションの機能、システムアーキテクチャ、業務ツール、サポートプロセスなどのトレーニングはOJTとして提供します。
The position is within Core Compliance Production Services team in Japan, providing IT support for a wide range of critical Compliance applications used by Nomura to meet all of its regulatory obligations. The role offers the chance to work with a variety of technologies including Sybase, Oracle, Linux, Ansible, and Jenkins.
We are looking for someone with broad IT experince who has the key attributes needed for this role including a pro-active mindset, strong communication skills, the ability to learn and pick up new knowledge quickly, the willingness to work hard and see a task through to the end.
Training will be provided in the areas required for the role including business functions, application unctionality and architecture, tools, support processes. |

| ＜Mandatory＞ |
- 開発またはサポート業務におけるIT経験（最低５年）
- ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
- 高いレベルの英会話、並びに英語筆記能力
- 高いコミュニケーション能力を必要とする分野での経験
- 高度な分析的思考と問題解決スキル
- Windows, Unix, LinuxのOS業務に精通した経験
- データベース、SQLの業務に精通した経験
- 基本的なITILの知識（インシデント管理、プロブレム管理、変更管理）への精通
- プレッシャーの多い環境の中でマルチタスキングに対応できる能力
- ユーザーやステイクホルダーからの要求に対応する能力及び経験がある方
- Minimum 5 years of IT Experience in a development or support role.
- Native level Japanese.
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in an area requiring strong communication skills.
- Track record demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Good Working knowledge of Operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
- Good working knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries.
- Good understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change and Release management).
- Ability to multi-tasking under pressure
- Strong customer / stakeholder management experience.

- Strong scripting skills (e.g. Shell Scripting, Python, Perl)
