部の紹介、概要 / Job/Group Overview:
Regulatory Operationsチームは、金融庁（JFSA）への店頭（OTC）デリバティブに関するGTR報告業務を担当します。インド（Powai）にある業務委託先が日常的に実行する報告業務をオンショアから監督し、規制・業務・システムの変更による業務影響について関係部門と連携して対応します。また、金融庁、GTRシステムの運営者、業界団体、他の金融機関と協議し、報告業務に関する課題の改善を推進します。
The Regulatory Operations team is responsible for JFSA GTR reporting for OTC derivatives. As the on shore oversight function, the team supervises the reporting activities carried out daily by our India service provider and coordinates with relevant internal sections address the operational impacts of regulatory, business, and system changes. The team also engages with the JFSA, the GTR system operator, industry associations and other financial institutions to discuss reporting issues and drive improvements. |

| 担当業務、責務 / Responsibilities： |
- インド（Powai）拠点で実施されるOTCデリバティブ取引のJFSA GTR報告を監督し、正確性、完全性、タイムリーな報告を確保。IT、法務、グローバルマーケッツ、ミドルオフィス、コンプライアンスなどの社内関係部門と業務運営状況や課題について連携。
- 報告データの品質や報告プロセスに関する課題について、規制当局、オペレーション・マネジメント、社内の法務やコンプライアンスと協議および対応。
- GTRのハーモナイゼーション、重要データの整備やその他の業界横断的な規制イニシアチブに関連する業界フォーラム等において、当社のオペレーションを代表して参加。

- Oversee JFSA GTR reporting for OTC derivative transactions performed out of Powai, India, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness; coordinate closely with internal partners (IT, Legal, Global Markets, Middle Office, Compliance).
- Liaise with regulators, operations management, and internal legal/compliance regarding issues with reported data quality or reporting processes.
- Represent Nomura Operations in industry forums and working groups related to GTR harmonization, critical data enrichment and other industry wide regulatory initiatives.

| 求める要件、応募資格 / Requirements： |
| Mandatory： |
- 金融商品、トレードライフサイクルおよび主要なオペレーションプロセスに関する堅実な理解を有し、リスクコントロールに対する強い意識を持っていること。
- ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）。顧客や規制当局対応のために日本語での業務遂行能力が必要。
- プロジェクトリード経験および課題解決能力があり、クロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーを相手に業務調整できること。
- Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）の操作に習熟していること。高度なExcelスキルが望ましい。
- Solid understanding of financial products, trade lifecycle and core operational processes, with a strong risk control mindset.
- Business level English communication skills (written and spoken). Japanese fluency is required for client and regulator engagement.
- Proven project leadership and problem solving skills, with the ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills preferred.

| Preferred： |
- 金融業界におけるオペレーション、オペレーショナルリスク、または業務統制分野での1年以上の実務経験（上級職採用の場合はより多くの経験を想定）。
- OTCデリバティブに関する取引報告（GTR）や、EMIR／Dodd Frank等の他の報告制度に関する知識があると尚可。
- プロセスコントロールツールの利用経験および基礎的なデータ分析スキルを有していること。
- 時差のある海外拠点チームとの連携経験や、強いステークホルダーマネジメント能力。
- 1+ years of operations, operational risk, or control experience within financial services (more experience preferred for senior hires).
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting for OTC derivatives (GTR) or other reporting regimes (e.g., EMIR/Dodd Frank) is an advantage.
- Experience with process control tools and basic data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with offshore teams across time zones.
