| Job/Group Overview: |
- The Tokyo-based China Delta One trader will be part of the Asia ex-Japan Equity Products division. He/she will work with HK-based regional Equity management, trading and sales teams, and Tokyo-based Delta One trading teams, to manage and grow the China Delta One business franchise.
- Asia ex-Japan Equity Products is a fast-growing business franchise which is active across all markets in the region in Equity Derivatives, Delta One, Prime Brokerage and Convertible Bond Products. China Delta One is one of the division’s key areas of growth and investment.
- The China Delta One Trader will work closely with trading and sales teams, as well as corporate partners in risk, IT, operations and middle office, to grow the client base and manage inventory, risk and trade lifecycle, while ensuring that regulatory and internal control requirements are safely managed.
- The China Delta One Trader will work more broadly assisting the team on the other AEJ markets building expertise in them.

| Responsibilities: |
- Pricing, quoting, execution, booking and lifecycle management for NSC QFII trades, in tandem with regional and NSC trading teams
- Management of broker or regulatory enquiries, and custodian matters related to NSC QFII flows, in tandem with regional and NSC trading and COO teams
- Rollout of new products, in tandem with COO and corporate teams
- Management of NSC internal stakeholders in business and corporate functions
- Acquiring and implementing best trading and control practice for the NSC QFII book, based on regional and Tokyo trading practice.
- Following regulatory development in China broadly and specifically connected to QFII market

- Fluent Chinese-language speaker (mandatory)
- Fluent Japanese speaker (mandatory)
- Finance academic background (preferred)
- Prior experience in trading (preferred)
- Intercultural skills
- Highly motivated
- Can do attitude
