We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist fluent in both Japanese and English.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies, including Active Directory (AD), Distributed File System (DFS), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name System (DNS), LDAP, Windows printing infrastructure, and Microsoft cloud services.
In addition, the candidate should have solid working experience managing the VMware Horizon VDI platform and a good understanding of supporting Citrix NetScaler and XenApp. |

| Responsibilities： |
- Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure services including Active Directory, DFS, MECM, DHCP, and DNS
- Administrate and support the VMware Horizon VDI platform
- Provide support for Citrix NetScaler and XenApp environments
- Develop scripts and automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Troubleshot and resolve technical issues across IT infrastructure systems

Requirements

| Requirements： |
- Bachelor or Master degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft products and cloud services
- Solid working experience with VMWare Horizon VDI platform
- Good knowledge of supporting Citrix Netscaler and Xenapp
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or other similar tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
