Job Overview：
Nomura is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management platform Operations Specialist for the Asia region, based in Tokyo, Japan, with Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (Japanese preferred).
The applicant should have 5+ years’ experience in an operational role in Technology.
Reporting into the global manager for Identity and Access Management Operations based in Mumbai, this is a hands-on role providing day-to-day support for the Asia region and ensure consistent and reliable delivery of directory services across the region.
We are looking for someone with strong operational discipline, and experience with Saviynt (or related product).

| Responsibilities： |
- Administer and maintain IAM/IGA platform across multiple environments
- Configure and optimize modules including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Application Governance
- Manage user lifecycle processes, access certifications, and compliance reporting within IAM/IGA Tools
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Vendor support for complex technical problems
- Lead day-to-day operations of identity and access management processes
- Monitor system performance, generate operational reports, and ensure SLA compliance
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
- Implement and support IAM/IGA Platform connectors for various applications and systems
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and automated provisioning rules
- Manage data imports, exports, and system integrations using IGA Platform APIs
- Support compliance audits and regulatory requirements
- Create, configure, and execute custom reports
- Managing IT BCP/DR Infrastructure & platform support
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Manage incident response and escalation procedures for identity-related issues
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

- アイデンティティおよびアクセス管理プロセスの日常運用の主導
- システムパフォーマンスの監視、運用レポートの作成、SLA遵守の確保
- 運用手順および関連ドキュメントの作成・維持
- 各種アプリケーションおよびシステム向けのIAM／IGAプラットフォーム用コネクタの導入・運用支援
- ワークフロー、承認プロセス、自動プロビジョニングルールの設定
- IGAプラットフォームのAPIを使用したデータのインポート、エクスポート、システム連携の管理
- コンプライアンス監査および規制要件への対応支援
- カスタムレポートの作成、設定、実行
- IT事業継続計画（BCP）／災害復旧（DR）インフラおよびプラットフォームのサポート管理
- システムパフォーマンスの監視、問題のトラブルシューティング、および解決策の実装
- アイデンティティ関連の問題に対するインシデント対応およびエスカレーション手順の管理
- オンコール当番への参加、および必要に応じた時間外サポートの提供

Requirements
|
Required Skills (Essential)：
・Minimum 3 years’ experience operating any Identity & Access Management / IGA platform in a financial-services or other high-security environment.
・Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting)
・Good understanding of Database structure & SQL
・Reporting Tool: Business Objects, Crystal Report, Power BI
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (Japanese preferred)
・Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
・Experience of working with
a. Release Management Tool Jenkins & Nexus
b. Version control tool like Git
c. System Log analysis (Splunk or Grafana)
d. Familiarity with ITIL Process
・金融業界またはその他の高セキュリティ環境において、Saviynt または関連製品（例：SailPoint）の運用経験が最低3年以上あること
・スクリプト言語（PowerShell、Python、Shell スクリプト）に関する知識があること
・データベース構造および SQL について十分な理解があること
・日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルで対応可能であること（日本語が望ましい）
・最小限の指示で自律的に業務を遂行できること
・以下の業務・ツールに関する経験
a. リリース管理ツール（Jenkins、Nexus）
b. Gitなどのバージョン管理ツール
c. システムログ分析（SplunkまたはGrafana）
d. ITILプロセスに関する知識・理解 |
