今回、主にAWSを専門とし、Microsoft SQL ServerおよびMySQLに関する十分な知識を有するクラウド・データベース・エンジニアを募集します。本ポジションでは、当社のミッションクリティカルなデータベース・プラットフォームの設計、構築、運用を担当していただきます。
当社の組織には、世界各地にさまざまな専門知識を持つインフラストラクチャ・アーキテクトおよびエンジニアが在籍しています。日々の業務に加え、プラットフォームのハイブリッドクラウド環境への移行、業務の自動化、Infrastructure as Code（IaC）への移行など、さまざまな戦略的プロジェクトを通じて、インフラストラクチャ・データベース・エンジニアとしてスキルをさらに高めたい方を積極的に求めています。また、海外の同僚と協働しながら、グローバルな環境で活躍できる機会もあります。
Our firm has embarked the journey to radically standardize IT infrastructure platform for Group and strengthening its support structure in a hurry. We are looking for a Cloud Database Engineer, primarily specialized in AWS with sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL, to design, build and operate our mission critical Database platform. In our organization, we have infrastructure architects and engineers with diverse expertise across the globe. We are actively looking for individuals who are eager to excel their skills as infrastructure database engineer through not only day-to-day activities but also various strategic projects, such as transforming our platform to a Hybrid Cloud environment, Automation and shifting to Infrastructure-as-a-Code, collaborating with colleagues in overseas. |

| Responsibilities： |
- データベースサービス向けに、拡張性と耐障害性に優れたアーキテクチャを設計・実装する
- データベースサービスの高可用性、災害復旧、バックアップ、監査に関するソリューションを開発する
- クラウドインフラストラクチャの自動化およびデータベースのプロビジョニングに向け、標準化されたTerraformおよびCloudFormationのモジュールを作成する
- IAMロール、ポリシー、アクセス許可境界、リソースベースポリシーを開発・管理する
- CloudTrail、CloudWatch、S3レプリケーション、バケットポリシーなど、AWSのログ取得・監視ソリューションを実装・維持する
- クラウド環境におけるネットワーク、セキュリティ、コンプライアンスのベストプラクティスを確実に遵守する
- GitLab Enterpriseをバージョン管理に使用し、ベストプラクティスに従って運用する
- JiraおよびConfluenceを使用して、設計、プロセス、ワークフローを文書化する
- 変更管理およびインシデント管理を行い、各種の運用保守・環境整備業務を実施する
- アプリケーションチームからの問い合わせや依頼に対応する。また、新規システム構築プロジェクトにおけるデータベース設計について、コンサルティングを提供する
- データ保護ソリューション、データの匿名化、データベースレベルの暗号化を実装する
- データ移行、テープへのバックアップ、災害復旧におけるリカバリープロセスについて、アプリケーションチームを支援する
- 世界各地のエンジニアと連携し、フォロー・ザ・サン方式による24時間365日の本番環境サポートを提供する
- Design and implement scalable, resilient architectures for database services.
- Develop solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, backups, and auditing for the database services.
- Create standardized Terraform and CloudFormation modules for the automation of cloud infrastructure and database provisioning.
- Develop and manage IAM roles, policies, permissions boundaries, and resource-based policies.
- Implement and maintain AWS logging and monitoring solutions, including CloudTrail, CloudWatch, S3 replication, and bucket policies.
- Ensure adherence to networking, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
- Utilize GitLab Enterprise for version control, adhering to best practices.
- Document designs, processes, and workflows using Jira and Confluence.
- Changes and Incident Management and Perform various house-keeping maintenance tasks.
- Manage inquiries and requests from Application teams or provide consultancy on Database design on new systems build-out projects.
- Implement Data protection solutions, anonymization, and database level encryption.
- Assists Application teams for Data migration, Backup to Tape, and Recovery process part of disaster recovery.
- Provide Production support in 24x7, partnering with engineers globally in Follow-The-Sun Model.

Requirements：
＜Required Skills＞
・AWSのクラウド開発する経験 （5年以上）
・Microsoft SQL ServerとMySQLデータベース、およびPostgreSQLの設計、構築、運用経験（3年以上）
・以下のAWSデータベースサービスに対するインフラの設計及び実装経験：
A）必須要件：AWS RDS
B）あれば尚可: AWS OpenSearch、AWS EMR、TerraformのAWS DynamoDB
・Terraform、CloudFormation、Ansibleに習熟。
・IAM方針とAWSのセキュリティ保安についての知識。
・AWSログとモニタリングのツールの知識。
・クラウド環境でネットワーク、セキュリティ、コンプライアンスについての知識。
・Python専門知識―カスタム・モジュール、ミクロ・サービス、AWS SDK統合化など開発経験
・良い口頭と書き言葉のコミュニケーションとチームプレーヤー。
・自己学ぶと最新技術傾向のモチベーションがあります。
・データベース・エンジニアとしてのLinuxのOSについての十分な基礎的な知識
・At least 5 years of experience in AWS Cloud Development
・Experience on Design, Build and Operate Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL Databases (3+ years)
・Experience in designing and implementing infrastructure for following AWS database services:
a.Required: AWS RDS
b.Optional: AWS OpenSearch, AWS EMR, AWS DynamoDB
・Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible.
・In-depth knowledge of IAM Policies and AWS security practices.
・Solid understanding of AWS logging and monitoring tools.
・Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
・Expertise in Python−developer experience in creating custom module, micro services, AWS SDK integrations etc.
・Good verbal and written communication skills, and good team player.
・Well-motivated in learning the latest technology trends and ability to self-learn.
・Good foundational knowledge of Linux Operating system as a Database engineer
