|
Job/Group Overview：
The Execution Services Production Services team, a part of Wholesale IT, supports a range of solutions and workflows for our traders and operations teams across multiple business lines. |
| |
| Responsibilities： |
- Provide application and user support for Cash and F&O middle office applications to ensure a high quality of service to our users, dealing promptly and effectively with any issues.
- Handling user queries and effectively handling or escalating issues as appropriate
- Management of incoming and outgoing feeds to clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Working collaboratively with teams in Tokyo and other locations to improve the stability and supportability of our systems
- Support hours from 8 am to 7 pm, which is covered through an early and a late shift with personal circumstances taken in to account.
- Weekend system release work and public holiday coverage with consideration for personal commitments and time off in lieu.

- Fluent written and spoken Japanese <Preferred>
- Fluent written and spoken English <Mandatory>

| ＜Technical Skill＞ |
- SQL basics (Sybase or MYSQL) <Preferred>
- UNIX shell <Preferred>

| ＜Soft Skills＞ |
- Strong communication skills, confidence dealing with internal and external parties
- User focus with a priority on delivering good outcomes for our clients and internal users.
- Demonstration of curiosity and a keen desire to learn
